It is possible to reach Northern Ireland by an increasing number of both air and ferry routes and from there, travel to Castlerock.

Arriving By Sea

There are two main ferry ports in Northern Ireland - Belfast and Larne.

They can be reached from Great Britain via the ports of Stranraer, Cairnryan, Troon, Fleetwood, Birkenhead and Isle of Man.

Arriving By Air

There are three airports within Northern Ireland providing direct connections with airports across Great Britain as well as direct international connections. The three airports are:

Once you arrive by air, a 60 to 90 minute drive will bring you to your destination.

Travel directions by road from Belfast International Airport

Travel directions for arrivals at The George Best City Airport:
Use the underpass from the Airport to join the Sydenham Bypass (A2) heading to Belfast. Continue on to M3 toward The North (M2). Continue on M2. Take exit for Ballymena/ Coleraine. At roundabout, follow signs for A26/Coleraine. At Ballee Roundabout, take third exit (A26). At Larne Road Roundabout, take second exit on to M2 toward Coleraine. Follow signs until Lodge Road Roundabout, Coleraine, then follow signs for Castlerock, the second exit on to Ring Road (A29). At Strand Road Roundabout, take second exit on to A29. At Greenmount Roundabout, take third exit on to Green Hall Highway. At traffic roundabout take second exit and continue on to road junction. Turn left on to Quilly Road and continue straight, passing through Articlave. At a staggered junction follow the sign for Castlerock, turning right on to Sea Road. Just inside the 30 mph speed limit, take first left on to Belvedere Park. Carraig Lodge is facing you at the first T-junction.
