Pricing for Carraig Lodge Self-Catering Castlerock
Carraig Lodge self-catering Castlerock is available for self-catering breaks throughout the year. Stays are weekly only during June, July and August (Satuday to Saturday only) but you can enjoy any length of stay, including a 2 or 3 night Mini Break, during Low Season.
Prices for self-catering accommodation at Carraig Lodge, Castlerock, are quoted per holiday home and not per person.

2012 PRICING
High Season includes w/b 7, 14, 21, 28 July, 4, 11, 18 August 2012 and week of North West 200. NW200 will be held on 19 May 2012.
During High Season, lettings are generally from Saturday to Saturday.
Seasonal rates apply at Christmas, New Year and Easter, Public and certain other holiday periods.
Mid Season includes w/b 25 August, w/b 26 May- 6 July 2012, and certain other holiday periods.
During Low-Season, there is no restriction on .rental commencement day and short breaks (minimum stay 2 nights) are generally available.
Special promotional prices may be available from time to time.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non- refundable deposit of £100 per week or per short break.
The balance of the self-catering accommodation holiday cost plus a Good Housekeeping Deposit are to be paid without further notification, a full 6 weeks prior to start date. If the payment is not received in time, we will consider the hirer in breach of contract, thereby resulting in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
The Good Housekeeping Deposit of £100.00 is payable on arrival at the commencement of your rental. This deposit will normally be returned in full within one week of departure provided the property is left as found and in a clean and tidy condition. The deposit will be used in the event of loss, breakages property not left as found, in a clean and tidy condition, or excessive use made of oil/gas/electricity.
A booking made by the Hirer on a date less than 6 weeks prior to commencement date of the booking must be accompanied by payment of the full rental charge before booking can be confirmed.
We strongly recommend that all persons take out adequate travel insurance for their needs. We cannot be responsible for costs should you fail to do so.

Carraig Lodge self-catering accommodation is available throughout the year.

£230 for a 3 night break (Low Season Rate).

Booking Confirmation - Please Note:
Any booking is only confirmed upon receipt of £100 deposit (or payment in full for bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to commencement date) and a completed Booking Form.
Normally, bookings may be held for up to 1 week but where it remains unconfirmed and during busy periods, booking will be confirmed on a 'first come, first served' basis.
Please note that where payment is made through Paypal, any cost incurred will be added to the property rental charge.
