Booking Information
Bookings are taken on a weekly basis for up to a maximum of 4 weeks in High Season, 30 days in Low Season.
During June, July, August and September, bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
There is generally no restriction on start day of stay during Low Season.
Bookings for NW200 may be Saturday to Saturday, Sunday to Sunday, Monday to Monday or by arrangement.
A Deposit of £200 per week is required to confirm Booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before rental commencement date.
Payment in full is required for Bookings made within 6 weeks of rental commencement date.
A refundable £100 Good Housekeeping Deposit is payable on or before your arrival.
