Booking Information

Bookings are taken on a weekly basis, up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
- Booking made during June, July, August and September are Saturday to Saturday only.
- During most other times of the year there is no restriction on booking commencement day.
- There may be a restriction on arrival days at other times, such as during Golf Events or NW200. For NW200, we accept arrivals on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
- The property is available from 4pm on rental commencement day until 10am on departure day.
- Any breach of the maximum occupancy of 6 (+ 1 toddler up to 2 years old) will invalidate your booking with no refund.
Bookings are only confirmed upon completion of a Booking Form and receipt of a Deposit of £200 per week booked.
Booking Forms and Payment Details are emailed to guests on request once availablility of dates has been confirmed.
